How it works
Four steps to the apartment.
I'm Tyler Lejeune at Fancy Apartments LLC. You send one brief. I check inventory, book tours, and stay through the application. Free for renters.
01
Send the brief
City, move date, monthly budget, bedrooms, pets, and the parts of town you want. Houston, Austin, and Dallas are all on the same line. A commute does more work than a mood.
02
Get a short list
I check what’s actually available, then text the homes worth a look. Specials, fees, and pet rules are written out — not left in a portal.
03
Tour with a plan
I call the leasing offices and book the tours. You show up. Texas pricing can change in a day, so the list is current when you drive.
04
Apply on purpose
If the home is right, apply while you’re there. Put Tyler Lejeune and Fancy Apartments on the guest card and on the application.
The shortlist
What shows up in the text.
I send homes that match your brief — not a standing public catalog of named communities.
- 01
The rent after the special
Free weeks and dollars off, written as the number you would actually pay — not just the banner on the listing.
- 02
Fees that are not in the rent
Application, admin, pet, and parking, called out on their own so the monthly price is not a surprise at leasing.
- 03
A floor plan that fits the date
Bedrooms and a move-in window that match what you asked for. If a home is close but not quite, I say so.
- 04
The pet answer before you drive
Weight limits, breed rules, and monthly pet rent. Better to know in the text than in the leasing office.
- 05
The name that goes on the guest card
Tyler Lejeune and Fancy Apartments. That is how the community credits the referral. It does not change your rent.
Tour day
The guest card is where the lease gets decided.
01
Name me before the tour starts
On the guest card, write Tyler Lejeune and Fancy Apartments. Do the same on the application as the locator or referral source. That is the record the community uses.
02
Bring the paperwork
A photo ID, proof of income, and anyone 18 or older who will live in the apartment. In Texas, those occupants go on the lease.
03
Compare the quote to your list
If the leasing office names a different rent, fee, or special, text me before you sign anything. I’ll confirm it.
04
Apply if you would be upset to lose it
Availability moves like airfare. You can usually cancel an application later. The application fee is often not refunded.
