For clients I offered a rebate

The rebate is the amount I named.

Sometimes I pass back part of the locator commission after you move in. Fancy Apartments LLC is paid by the community — your rent stays the property's price.

    Apply with my name

    Write Tyler Lejeune and Fancy Apartments on the guest card, and list me as the locator on the application.

  2. 02

    Move in

    The rebate follows a signed lease and a move-in. Cancelled applications do not pay.

  3. 03

    The community pays

    Management pays Fancy Apartments a referral fee. I cannot send your portion before that clears.

  4. 04

    You get paid

    Often 60 to 90 days after move-in. Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App — the amount I quoted.

When it usually arrives

Put in the move-in date on the lease. The window is a typical range, not a promise. Tyler can send the rebate only after the community pays the commission.
