When you walk into a leasing office without a locator registration, the community may treat you as their direct lead. That can erase the referral path even if a locator later tries to help.

Fancy Apartments locators register you first (the guest card). This site hides community names publicly so you shortlist Fancy codes, then inquire — Tyler Lejeune registers you before tours.

Browse photos and codes, shortlist what you like, and send the numbers by text or email. Do not visit offices cold on those same homes if you want locator representation.

Once registered, you tour normally, ask fee questions, and apply with the property.
