House-style living — communities with leasing offices, private rentals, and buyers.

Not every “home” search is the same product. Some clients want a master-planned rental community with a leasing desk. Others want a regular house. Home buyers need a purchase path. This page keeps those lanes clear and gives you one clean form.

93 home-style codes · 22 leasing-office communities · 2 private houses

Know the difference

Home communities with leasing offices vs regular houses.

Both feel like a house day-to-day. The lease path, tour setup, and who answers the phone are different — which is why I separate them on this desk.

Home community · leasing office

Staffed rental neighborhood

These are build-to-rent or home-community products with an on-site leasing office — often a clubhouse, package room, and community rules that feel closer to apartments than a single landlord. You tour through a leasing consultant. Applications, deposits, and move-in follow a community checklist. I can usually guest-card the same way I do apartment towers.

  • Leasing office hours and a named community contact
  • Shared amenities and HOA-style community standards
  • Locator commission path is usually clear
  • 22 codes currently tagged this way in the mix

Regular / private house

One house, one lease

A private rental is a single house or townhome leased by an owner or a property manager — not a staffed home community. Tours, applications, and repairs go through that owner or manager. Inventory moves differently, and I am honest when a private house is a better fit than a community lot.

  • No on-site leasing desk for the whole neighborhood
  • Yard, garage, and layout vary house by house
  • Availability and fees are deal-specific
  • 2 private-house codes in the live mix (more come through the inquiry form)

Home buyers

Buying is a different lane.

I am a licensed apartment locator with Fancy Apartments LLC. Purchase searches are realtor work — not the same guest-card process as a lease. If you are buying, use the home inquiry form below, mark “I want to buy,” and I will reply with next steps or a clean referral instead of forcing a rental shortlist.

Home inquiry

One form for communities, private houses, and buyers.

Prefer the apartment brief? Start a search on the home page. This form is tuned for house-style briefs — market, home style, beds, budget, and move window — then becomes a text or email to me.

Already browsing codes below? Shortlist what you like, then mention the Fancy numbers in the notes field.

Home inquiry

Tell me the home brief.

One clean form for home communities and private houses. It becomes a text or email to me — same as the apartment desk.
