Question 1

How do I rent an apartment in Rice Village / West U?

Accepted Answer

Shortlist Fancy codes on this page, then text or email Tyler Lejeune with your move date, budget, and the #FancyApartments numbers you like. I register you, pull the matching communities, and book tours. Locating is free for renters.

Question 2

Why don’t Rice Village / West U cards show community names?

Accepted Answer

I keep community names and street addresses off the public site so tour credit stays with me when you visit. You still see photos, beds, starting rent, and the Fancy code.

Question 3

Is an apartment locator free in Houston?

Accepted Answer

Yes for renters. When you lease, the community pays Fancy Apartments a referral fee. Working with me does not add a locator surcharge to your rent.
